There is NO FREE shipping available. THE UPS SHIPPING / FREIGHT MODULE ON THE WEBSITE IS DISABLED due to consistant freight shipping changes, involving fuel sur-charges, dimension charges, causing rate changes from the freight companys. We appologize for this inconvenience. THIS WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY CALCUATE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES. Damages:
* Damages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier once the shipment is released from Accessory Wireless. After shipment is released to carrier, any damages must be reported to Accessory Wireless within 24 hours from receipt of shipment.
* You must save all boxes and packing materials for damage inspection by the carrier.

Return Policy
* Email For Return Form & Manufacturer Warranty Policies. All Bluetooth Headset's must have complete packaging, chargers, manuals, ect. After 3 months per manufacturers warranty guidelines the customer must deal directly with manufacturer for warranty services.   No Returns Accepted for Credit / Refunds & No Stock Balancing available. All Special Order products are non-returnable. To return defective merchandise you must contact Accessory Wireless with the invoice number, item number and defect reason. All replacement items will be included with your next product order at no charge if they meet the manufactuers warrranty & Accessory Wireless return policy & guidelines. Some products maybe subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. You are responsible for all return shipping charges to return defective product to Accessory Wireless. The RA# issued by Accessory Wireless must be present on the outside of the box or the package's will be refused by Accessory Wireless return department. RA# is only valid for 10 days from the date of issue by Accessory Wireless. Only the products authorized on the RA form will be accepted on any return. Other products that are sent with the return that were not authorized on the RA form will be discared.

Back Order Shipping Policy
* All Back Order Items Are Shipped Automatically Unless Specified At Time Of The Original Shipment. If you would like to cancel your back order you must notify your account representative to cancel the back orders prior to the automatic order fulfillment.
